Our Story
An Import/Export company and an international manufacturer in the rotative equipment industry began a relationship that transforms the import/export company into a local distributor for the manufacturer.
The now local distributor and the manufacturer’s technical sales support team are granted access to the rotative equipment of an oil refinery for inspections and diagnostics: possible revamp opportunity.
The refinery operator tenders and then awards a contract to the local distributor which allows the refinery to have access to the latest technology and support from the manufacturer.
Personnel that developed its career in a foreign oil company and currently works for an international EPC, is brought to site as part of the local distributor organization to help the execution and increase contract scope.
The local distributor with its original import/export culture, the manufacturer with its supplier and service culture, and the EPC personnel with an end user culture and EPC behavior, develop a synergy and succeed as a team during contract execution.
STRIM capitalizes on this synergy, brings together key team members and creates a new EPC-C culture based on mixed backgrounds and generations for the future of industrial projects!
